Update below not a great month to month place.

Selling a home can be a daunting process, and it can be frustrating when progress seems to be slow like i’m facing currently. Despite putting in effort to prepare the home for sale, scheduling showings, and advertising the property, i know it’s not uncommon to feel like you’re not getting anywhere. There are many factors that can affect the speed of the sale, including the local market, the condition and location of the home, and the asking price. I will get there in the end and move my life that next step forward.
